Compare the whole trip to the terminal
A direct collection and a journey using public transport have different practical demands. Compare where you start, how many times you need to move your bags and whether the available connections suit your flight. Give us a precise Lower Hutt collection
Include the suburb as well as the street address. For a hotel, workplace or apartment building, add the entrance or meeting point so your group knows where to gather. If people are starting at separate addresses, list them together and ask us to assess the collection plan.

Use your airline's required arrival time
The flight departure time and the time you need to reach the terminal are different. Check your airline's instructions for check-in, bag drop and assistance, then send the required arrival time with your flight number. Allow for loading and boarding when discussing the pickup.
For an early flight, include the proposed travel hours in your quote request. Additional transport costs apply between 10pm and 7am. We encourage bookings at least 24 hours in advance.
Count passengers and bags separately

Make a separate return entry
For the trip back to Lower Hutt, give the flight's arrival date, flight number and final address. Agree where to meet after landing and save the contact details on the phone you will carry. Contact us if the flight, group size or drop-off plan changes.
